Are 15 and 15J Bobbins the same?
Although they appear to be interchangeable, class 15 bobbins have flat ends, whereas class 15J bobbins have slightly curved ends. Even if they fit into your sewing machine, there is a risk of them jamming it and causing major damage.
What are the settings for a straight stitch on a sewing machine?

Does the bobbin thread go through the needle?
Pass the bobbin thread through the slot. Do not cut the thread with the cutter. Press ( Needle position button) twice to lower and then raise the needle while lightly holding the upper thread with your left hand.
Why does my sewing machine keep jamming?
