Materials to Make an Off-the-Shoulder Ruffle Top
1.5 yards of lightweight, semi-sheer fabric, I chose an Organic Cotton Plus white cotton gauze for this project. Go with fun prints or keep it simple.
How to Sew an Off-the-Shoulder Ruffle Top
Sew the front and back pieces right sides together, then measure below your armpit to where you’d like your top to be and add 1 inch for a hem allowance.
