Bird and Little Bird
I’ve been making pocket-pouches off and on for a couple of years, and they’re super quick and easy to make, and they’re perfect for slipping a little surprise inside. If you want to make one or four, I’ll show you how. I prefer the non-sewing variety because they seem to hold up better to heavy use, and I get to use a hammer to put them in.
What is a slip pocket?
A slip pocket is a simple style of pocket that you can add to any bag you’re making to add extra storage, and it’s the perfect way to keep small items like pens and notepads from getting lost in the depths of your bag and allowing you to grab them quickly when you need them.
